Question–I have odor coming from my crawl space in a building that is less than a year old. It is a musty smell. How can I get rid of it?

Thank you for your question. Musty odors are often the result of excess moisture and rot/mold.
Have you seen any standing water, had a flood, or noticed high humidity?
We give free inspections, just give The Basement Doctor a call at 1-877-469-9778 to set up a convenient time. We’ll even mail you a free book about crawl spaces, and how to keep them dry and healthy.
