The Basement Doctor will host Carol Ricks from Worly Plumbing as she talks on “What you need to know before you start tearing out or spending money”. Carol explains what you need to know about remodeling your bathroom. The remodeling of your bathroom is one home improvement that can return most or all of your investment at resale, if done properly. A bathroom remodel can also be designed to improve energy conservative, or provide additional comfort from a stressful day at work.
Whether you are simply updating a vanity, tearing out a tub, or tackling a total renovation; there are many variables which must be considered before starting the project. Do your homework first! Learn about the products. Faucets, sinks, shower options and other elements that can make a difference in your bathroom.

We just had out bathroom remodeled and there is a lot that goes into it. I also advise anyone that needs to do this to do their homework and be thorough before going through with it.
